This is our 36th annual ARCS Christmas Craft Fair, and this year we are excited to welcome student crafters and makers to this new program as part of our school mission to create, inspire and nurture the youth of our school and community!

The Young Crafters Mentorship will include a planning framework (worksheets for students to complete about their craft) and two meetings with a representative(s) of the ARCS Christmas Craft Fair Committee to review, coach, and plan. 

​

Young crafters will participate in the ARCS Christmas Craft Fair in a special section from 10 AM - 2 PM. Marketing through ARCS channels will be part of the mentorship process. Meetings may take place during school hours if the student is an ARCS student, time can be arranged with the appropriate teachers and if parents provide permission; otherwise meetings will be at a mutually agreed upon time. We are skilled event organizers, parents, and teachers with years of experience crafting, selling, and organizing.

Parent/Guardians are expected to play an active role in helping their child throughout the mentorship in accordance with the student's age and needs.

Age: 10-18
*Space is limited.  Assumption Students are encouraged to apply. Students from other schools are also welcome.

Event: ARCS Christmas Craft Fair
Date:  November 14, 2026, as well as planning meetings to be arranged.
Time: 10am - 2pm

Cost: $60 (Includes one 8x5 space, table and two chairs)

Mentorship will include two meetings with a representative of the ARCS Christmas Fair Committee in advance of the fair. Students should have an idea of what they want to make and sell.
