Principal's Message
Dear Friends and Families of Assumption Regional Catholic School,
It is with immense enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new
Principal of Assumption Regional Catholic School. I am honored and
humbled to have been selected to lead such an amazing school. My name
is Joanne McKnight and I come to you as a strong, faith-filled Catholic
School Principal of four years. I have also worked in various educational
roles including a middle school language arts and algebra teacher,
which provided me with valuable insights into the needs of students.
I hold a Master’s Degree in administration and supervision from
Montclair State University and I have a strong passion for academic
excellence in Catholic education. I am committed to always exploring
new ways to meet the needs of all students.
At Assumption School, my goal is to build upon and continue the
existing culture of excellence. I look forward to working with our
exceptional faculty and staff in providing a faith-filled and enriching
educational experience for our students.
I wholeheartedly believe in open communication, collaboration, and
team -work. Throughout the school year, you can expect regular
communication and know my door is always open. I heartily welcome
your conversation and positive input throughout the year.
