Registration

Online Registration for the next school year will be open starting February 8th for New Families.

 

Please note, due to the high volume or interest, you MUST complete the Application per child first. 

Once you have completed the Application and there is room for your child(ren) in the selected grade, you MUST then complete the Enrollment form that will be emailed to you.

New Families

Instructions for Creating a FACTS Family Portal Login:
• Please go to www.renweb.com.


• Select Logins from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal Login from the drop-down menu.


• After the RenWeb FACTS Family Portal Login screen opens, please select Create New ParentsWeb Account.


• Enter DCAM-NJ into the District Code field.


• Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.


• Click the Create Account button.


• You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.


• Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.


• Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.


• Close the window.


• Log into FACTS Family Portal as instructed above.

Current Families

To access FACTS Family Portal:
• Please go to www.renweb.com


• Select Logins from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal Login from the drop-down menu.


• Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.


• After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.


• Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.

IF YOU ARE ADDING A NEW STUDENT:
Under FACTS Family Portal, click Apply/Enroll and next click Application to add a ONLY NEW STUDENTS.

As in the past, if you would like to apply your registration fee to your FACTS account to be withdrawn June 2022 please email bookkeeper@arcsgalloway.org and we will update your account before you complete the packet.

Transfer Grant Program

We are excited to offer to new families our Transfer Grant.  In an effort to promote Catholic education and to help increase the number of students in the school we are offering new families a transfer grant.

Students must be transferring from a public school or are currently home schooled!

New families registering their students in grades 1-7 will receive the following reductions off their tuition for their first year:

First child tuition  – $1,500 (grant)

Second child tuition – $1,190 (grant)

Third child tuition  – $990 (grant)

Families receiving this grant may also apply for financial assistance.

 

All financial assistance applications are strictly confidential!  Aid is awarded to students in grades K-8 only.
